Como Involucrarse

Aunque los hispanos consisten en individuos de diversas poblaciones de varios países, pueden involucrarse de muchas maneras:

Formar informalmente pequeños grupos de individuos de ideas afines.
Reunirse a un horario regular con estas personas.
Elucidar que hay poder en los números.
Animar a las personas a invitar a otros a unirse al grupo.

Pedir a las personas que se ofrezcan como voluntarios en nuestro sitio web para:
- Difundir "nuestro mensaje" a los demás
- Aprender a registrar a otros para votar ─ y hacerlo
- Ayudar a dirigir a otros hispanos que necesiten asesoramiento, orientación o ayuda con el idioma inglés u otro tipo de asistencia

How To Get Involved

Hispanics should get involved in ways which are possible to accomplish — ways which can best allow an individual to serve his/her community. Of course, this sort of involvement would be useful to anyone whatsoever, whether Hispanic of not.

The following are a few simple ways you can help:

Informally form small groups of like-minded individuals.
Meet on a regular schedule with these individuals.
Stress the fact that there is power in numbers.
Show our County-wide Hispanic Caucus’ website, https://dhclc.org, to the members of your group and encourage them to join our Caucus and volunteer by simply clicking Join Us.
As volunteers, your group members will help Hispanics . . .
- Spread “our message” as widely as possible.
- Learn how to register others to vote ─ and do it.
- Help or direct other Hispanics who need advice, guidance, help with the English language or other type of assistance
